What benefits will your seating plan have for our theatre?

We believe that seating plans are an undervalued tool when it comes to booking tickets online. Our goal is to add to the customer’s online experience by providing a slick, simple-to-use design to attach to any theatre’s website. We are the only company to provide a tool which shows a view of the stage from every seat, giving consumers a chance to ‘test-drive’ available tickets before they buy. We believe the benefits will come from consumers preferring to use this unique tool, bringing them back for more.

How long will it take you to take the images? 

This very much depends on the size of venue. The maximum capacity we allow for our product ‘myView’ is 1800, which takes us 2 full days to photo-map from each individual seat.

 

What will it cost me?

The prices do vary slightly with the size of venue but the rates are based mainly on the design and implementation to your site. You will be purchasing a licence for 6-12 months so we will always be on hand throughout this period for any technical help.

 

Are you able to book tickets through your seating plans?

Visual Seating appreciate that most of our new clients already have online ticket booking software so our products are initially for information purposes only, providing slick designs and an innovative approach for new and existing customers. However, if you prefer our products to be more interactive, integrating ticket booking software into the seating plans is an easy step away. Please contact us for more information.
